Senior Care Solutions

Masters‐level social workers work one‐on‐one with employees and their families to provide ongoing, personalized guidance and support.

Senior care can take a tremendous toll on workers ‐ financially and emotionally. Caring for an ill or aging parent, grandparent, or loved one is a difficult (usually unpaid) second job. More and more, it affects Millennials, who will soon surpass Baby Boomers as America's largest adult population.

No two senior care situations are alike. Neither are the solutions. That's why all of our Senior Care Advisors are fully‐trained, Masters‐level social workers. They take a proactive, personalized, human approach to senior care solutions based on employees' specific family needs. For example, Advisors can identify, match and vet third‐party organizations that provide senior care. They can also offer local referrals and education, information on how to pay for senior care (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid), and help with relocating a family member.Importantly, our senior care advisors are completely objective and offer only what they believe is best for the person or family they are helping. Unlike some 'advisors' in the senior care space, we never accept referral fees or placement fees when we recommend care options for your employees' loved ones.

After connecting with a Senior Care Advisor (or before), employees and their families can access the Family Care Hub — a secure care coordination platform to easily organize, store and access information regarding their loved one's care. Employees can invite multiple members of their loved one's care team to join, create, and assign tasks and communicate on the platform. Coordinate doctor appointments and transportation, provide health updates, maintain up-to-date records and share important documents in one secure location.
